The plan is to get back on the old plan, it was working. I think keeping a journal and writing it regularly helps, rereading the one I had and rereading my posts here I realized my whole way of life was more enjoyable.
I also know giving in to the voice can lead to a long time of un-happiness, one drink can turn into thousands quickly.
