Tam- I hope you don't think I'm speaking out of turn here but maybe consider speaking with HR. If someone else has already complained about him it will be on his HR file. The more people who complain about him then they can't really ignore it. I hope things are better this week for you.

Christmas shopping for me today, then carol service tomorrow,friends visiting Weds, more shopping thursday (
) then off to see Grandma RAL on Friday.
It's gonna be a busy week

We've had power cuts on & off all weekend -that'll teach me to live in the middle of nowhere !!
