Find things you genuinely like to do, even if it's something as easy as sitting in front of a TV all day watching shows on Netflix. Even once you find something to do, you'll still need a plan of action. I'd show up to the intake you have and see what they suggest.
Coming from a profession where intakes for substance abuse are a regular occurrence, it really does help to be sober for it. Your credibility in the eyes of the service provider will be key to getting a favorable report. That and doing whatever treatment or monitoring you're asked to do.
