Good on you for addressing your drinking. Getting married was a huge wake up call for me. The sleepwalking sounds scary, it's probably time for you to tackle this once and for all. Kids know if your intoxicated and even if they are very young they sense things are not right. My father was an alcoholic and even as a very small child I remember sensing something was a bit off about him and was wary. He was never violent just acted a bit weird.
