I just read your other post too. So sorry to hear of this problem. Call your local police dept and ask them what the steps are to have him evicted. Try to keep track of all these incidents, dates of leaving the kids alone - a judge will have a HUGE problem with that one. Any other things that you can think of... I would start a list. I would also call the courthouse and find out about how to get legal aid and explain why.
Again, so sorry you are going through this. Can you find an Alanon group or some of the bigger churches have support groups for families in crisis.
Try to take one day at a time and do what you can do in 24 hours. You have been in this relationship a long time, you can't get out of it in overnight. Peace peace peace to you and your little ones.
