I wasn't used to feeling uncomfortable at all - I hated it...but I soon learned it was nothing to be afraid of, and I learned to change my routine a little...there's nothing worse than just sitting there feeling uncomfortable...
stay strong...feelings are just feelings...get past them and it gets easier and easier - I promise
