You just do I think - I know it's not a very helpful answer but that's really what I did and still do in times of trouble.
I lean a lot on the support here, I pray and I keep the faith that in a day, or a week, things will be better.
As a not very patient person I really had to learn that virtue and be patient.
I've had a bad year healthwise - it's been difficult - but I found some help, did everything I was supposed to do,kept the faith and I'm getting better - I'm sure you'll find the same Alysheba
