Welcome Cavern! You've come to a great place. Personally, SR helped get me through my withdrawals. If you haven't already, you should check out the SR link on withdrawals and what to expect. (however, someone else will need to post the link - it won't let me post a link until I've posted 15 messages : ) I read it straight through my first few days of withdrawal and I found it so helpful and comforting.
