Hi. And welcome. There are many woman here who I'm sure can identify with you situation and make suggestions. I'd suggest getting a local AA meeting list and seeking womens meetings as a starter. I needed Al Anon myself as a booster on occasion and it may also be help. I'm sure many suggestions will follow.
