I could have wrote that as my own story. Right down to purchasing a BP machine and noting that I have white coat hypertension.
But,one difference.
My blood sugar is still on the high side after almost 100 days.
And I'm also over 50 and probably poisoned myself longer.
Congrats on stopping before it caused damage that can't be reversed.
