Welcome anyistoomuch, i was also concerned that i would feel bored and alone when i gave up drinking a year ago. My fears were unfounded though. When i stopped drinking i changed my old habits and found new ways to socialize and have fun without alcohol. To be honest i am much more social now compared to when i was drinking. It just takes some time to adjust to a sober lifestyle. There is tons of support here. I'm glad you have joined us.
