Nice to read through this thread. My BP has been climbing and the last two years during my workplace physical exams the nurse has said I should consult with my family physician about controlling it. I never followed through because I assumed my heavy drinking was the cause.
It's only Day 8 for me, but I really hope my readings drop in the coming weeks/months.
