hi katel,,i have at times been going thru the same thing,it sucks,,,but i find that prayer helps me very much ,pray to my hp JESUS to help me get thru these times,,also get to more aa mtgs,,its good to talk to people who are having the same problems we have,,,or call folks,,,GOD works thru people,,,we are here to help each other,,,on a aa coin it says service recovery unity,,,,we are all united with the same problems,we are in service to help each other and we are all in recovery,,,we want sobriety,,,,we have to be or we will be lost,,,,,i will pray for you to get better,,,remember "JLY"
