Isn't this your usual AV pattern? The Friday craving? You've shown it the door the past few Fridays and you can do it again. Over time, the craving lessons the further you are into sobriety. You're the boss here, not your AV.
Well done on the weight loss, by the way. I've been eating my fool head off but at least I'm not drinking. My diet will come later just like the ladies for you.
