Thanks for your post 360shoes. I should explain I am 52 & yes I think 55 is the new 40.
It's great to hear your plans Leshar - go for it you have so much to offer. I did my degree & retrained during my 40s. The best thing I ever did. Actually I think stopping drinking is a close call with that one but you get my drift.

P.S. A waiting list to volunteer is not going to make you feel very needed & I am certain elsewhere you are (and for your talents and not just to make up the numbers).
