Day 11 for me! I'm feeling good but had a stressful day at work and came home to a grumpy husband. Had some cravings but pushed through. SR helps so much in ways you don't even realize, for example when I was thinking about drinking today I realized I was hungry and I thought back to the posts talking about hunger and thirst. Anyway, I told myself I would think about drinking AFTER dinner. After dinner I was stuffed and the Last thing I wanted was beer! It worked! Apparently we just have to be clever ourselves with the AV!
