I am on day 5, have noticed a few changes, anyone else have these as well?
Sleeping better and through the night, no nightmares
Skin isn't as dry/dehydrated
Face isn't puffed up, eyes are whiter
I am sleepy and ready for bed by 9 pm, haha.
Eating more frequently
My focus has improved and ability to 'process' information
I feel happier for sure!
Thirsty as heck!
