Need advice as a parent.
I have a step son that I'm pretty sure is on heroin. Everything has changed about him. I looked up some of the symptoms and it sounds pretty much like him.
The other day he stopped in and he was a mess, one thing I noticed is right under his bottom lip he had sores like crazy or totally chapped from either licking or biting his bottom lip. Is this a symptom of heroin use or something else?
Hopefully I'm in the correct forum, I didnt know where to post except as a Newcomer. Thanks for any advice.
