when you say 3-4 drinks in an evening, what are you talking about? 3 or 4 five ounce glasses of wine a night? or were you doing something else? I did drink a bottle of wine a night, sometimes 2 - sometimes a bottle and then 6 beers. I never drank until after my kids went to bed. Then I would drink till I passed out. 1 bottle of wine = 4 full wine glasses.
I never drank in the morning to get rid of hangover....
