Just wanted to drop in and say hello and let you know I am still sober
Quit April 28. Am swimming, a lot, and am doing an intensive course of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which is really helpful. I am feeling much happier and healthier. Quitting drinking has been the best decision in my life and has had a positive effect on many aspects I didn't even think of when I quit. Hope you are all well!
