Welcome DT.....it sounds like the wheels are in motion, good for you! The IOP program sounds like a great plan to get started. I started off with a great group, it changed slightly every week because new people come in and some people will finish. Which makes for a great ride, because you get to be a newbie and learn, make friends with people who are right where you are, and keep in touch with those people when you leave. Welcome to SR!
