Unfortunately I got an email from my attorney today. The judge will not be scheduling the final hearing until STBXAH takes the divorce with children class that is required.
We had hoped that the judge would grant the divorce and permit me to withhold visitation until the class was completed. My attorney said for me to get in touch with AH and see what I can do to get him to go. HA HA HA! Right! So the saga continues...
