If you're able try to get some exercise during the day. It helps relax the body and mind. Insomnia can hit all of us from time to time. I recall in my first few weeks after I stopped drinking/using that sleep was hard to come by. When I did sleep I'd have dreams that were just ridiculous.

A week is huge. Keep at it! Sleep will find you soon.
