After a week of incredibly mixed emotions I've reached a whole week with no drink! I actually feel more like me, bit vulnerable, little bit scared, but overall happy.
Taking it 24hours at a time, I'm taking my life back.
Being able to talk and post here has helped so much...
Now, here's to another sober week....
