Good evening,
My little brother has serious issues with substance abuse that I am no longer in a position to help him with. His only hope now in my opinion is a full on rehab facility. However, i don't have any clue where to start looking and what criteria i should be looking for in these particular facilities.

I (we) are in the Beaumont, Texas area and I could really use some help trying to figure this stuff out.
