CuteNGay, if you still believe you need more steps after doing the crash course, by all means get a copy of the book and read it. Used copies are around for a few dollars, and a new one is not more expensive than a few fancy coffees.

After the Crash Course, the usual next step is a commitment to stop drinking, and then permanent unconditional sobriety. Start with the factual belief that you have the power to quit drinking, then do it. Onward!
