Hey im back Day 3
Went on a binge. Feels like I can go 2 or 3 weeks and just fall into depression outta nowhere. Been reading this site every night since Monday. I don't even have a desire to drink. I just have my what it feels like monthly binges. Just wanted to say Hi again. Still feel a lil ****** but got up for long walk tonight n that usually helps.
