Sorry I ran away. I was feeling like a bear with a sore head! I tried to sleep but woke after a hour sweating
I've just taken a bath and made a decaf milky coffee and going to try again. I drank mainly to make nighttime anxiety go away and to be able to sleep. (I was in abusive relationship which I've been out of now for 8 days! No contact - so I'm withdrawing from that as well lol) So I kinda knew night times would be tough. Not helpful that night one and I am awake after one hour but hey at least I'm sober! Will read the forum until my eyes close. Look forward to a more positive day 2!
