I started a new thread for this new beginning.
I tapered down and my last drink was last night. I went to both slimming world and my first AA meeting tonight. I'd like to say I left brimming with excitement but it's been a long weary overwhelming day (I worked also). And, I've got stomach ache, back ache and keep getting cramp in my legs. Even though I've drunk tons of water with vits and ate really well. So I'm grouchy lol
I was going to start my herbal sleep aid/anti depressant tonight but I'm just too scared to put anything else in my body right now. It doesn't feel well. So I'm gonna head off to bed with sleep hypnosis and wake to day 2.
