Tough moment right now
Waiting for friends to get to a wing place we used to frequent when I drank. Felt fine earlier but something happened before I left work that's a huge trigger and feeling a little shaky. Not physically bit mentally. Sitting outside waiting for them. The old me would go inside and get a beer. Thankful that I signed up for the 24 hour club. Reaffirming my goals by posting while waiting. I can do this and I will get through this. Without alcohol. Complete bad timing for a situation to occur. Glad you're all here with me on spirit.
