Thanks all. It surprising when these cravings have hit...not at all when I would expect. I have been in a bar quite a few times since I quit more than 3 months ago, and I never had a craving there. It's been at times I didn't expect...like today after cleaning out of the blue.
I wonder why that is? Perhaps I "arm" myself better going into situations where I know there is booze.?
Hmm...just a thought. Either way, this shows me I need to always be cognizant of my addiction and its power.
