Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I will give AA another go as well try some other suggestions. Its funny how great you feel a week or two into sobriety and one day your AV gets away and you're back to square one and feeling ******. Thankfully this time around I am not sick or full of anxiety like the last time, but this bender was shorter than the last. One of the reasons I really need to quit drinking is I am on medication that is hard on the liver to start with, adding booze is just going to kill it faster.
