Can you have your phone in rehab?
I want to text someone I know in rehab.
He has been there for about 3 weeks.
Sometimes I see he is on facebook/twitter on the mobile setting.
Sometimes his phone is off when I call, sometimes it is on.
Who regulates this?
Does he have his phone or does a nurse or someone take it away?
Can he receive and open messages or are they being monitored??
I know all rehabs are different, but what do you think?
