I am going it alone too and find this site a great source of encouragement...everyone is really supportive and will understand exactly what you're going through. It's a lonely addiction that makes us feel ashamed and isolated, but here you can be honest and you will not be judged. Some here are beginning their journey, others (like me) are trying again and some further down the line with years of sobriety under their belts...but all we all the battle of addiction in common.
