Focus On Our Recovery

Day 1 of the work week is up for most of you, for those of you who aren't working, by choice or not
just take care of yourself and concentrate on your recovery. It's what I did for a long time.

Recovery is an inside job.

When we are ready the right job will be put in our path, I truly believe that. It happened
to me. And it will happen to you..

Please use tools to stay sober, it's a lot easier then just trying to fight those thoughts to stay sober.

It helps to continue to read inspiring posts, lots a recovery sources online too such as NA speakers
and AA speakers if you are a twelve step person. Even if you aren't , they can be quite inspiring.

I can keep you very busy if you want. Let me know, I will direct you
to some great resources.

Also you'd be amazed at how the simple act of encouraging someone else can actually insure your
own sobriety for a day. Try it!

Remember don't overwhelm yourself with the future just don't drink or use for this 24 hours ok? OK!

If you fell just get back up. We are not giving up on you. Please send our members an
encouraging message to their personal message board if you see them struggling.

We definitely need each other on this sometimes difficult journey
