great starting this thread M!!

I need all the help I can get to get thru the weekend, I have managed 5 or 6 days for several times in the last 3 months but trip on the weekend...

so sign me up for a weekend in Soberville! I'm in.

Surf the urges and cravings...no thought can last forever.
