second, I woke up today feeling a little more like my good self. Reaching out on here, in 3D w my AA peeps & going to therapy yesterday reallyhelped. I know I have so much more to learn in my sobriety but every time I get through hard times, I feel more confident in my ability to handle life sober. I am still having passive drinking thoughts but today they are just that- thoughts. I don't have to act on them. Rising from the ashes slowly but surely...
