Butterfly I feel like I'm going through a similar thing to you. I've had more alcohol free days in the past month than I've had in years and all thanks to this site. Having said that I've just drank a bottle of wine, purely because it's Saturday and "everybody" drinks on a Saturday. Fed up of finding excuses for myself!
