Lots of different things. I finally saw a counsellor and he sent to daytox and it was a great program. I went for 4 weeks.
I also do Women for Sobriety meetings and I was doing SMART. I am also starting to do AA again as I want to do the steps.
I also am one that really had to change people, places and things. It has been a tough road but it is so rewarding!
