Why are you violent when drunk? Nobody here can answer that, it's something only you can answer.
The best way to figure that out is by getting sober. Seeing things through sober eyes helps you find a pathway into your issues - and more importantly puts the spotlight on the road to becoming a healthy, happy, peaceful human being.
