I stopped drinking for good with Rational Recovery AVRT. You can google it for more information. Also there is a crash course you can take. Very quick and easy. If you've been drinking it is strongly suggested you wait until you are not under the influence.
There are also a lot of thread right here you can read about Rational Recovery. There is also LifeRing and SMART (meetings are hard to find).
