Thank u for that. I'm just finishing step 4, sobriety date 6/23/12. For me ,too, it all comes down to fear. I admire you thoroughness, honesty and humility. I don't think you'll ever "end up back there" because you are creating that emotional rearrangement which allows a "psychic change". You are an inspiration
