The hardest thing I have found so far is finding other people who understand what you are talking about. Even my friends think that just because Ive been sober a while, I can have a cheeky glass of wine with them and it will be ok. Even though they have seen me in my darkest moments, they dont get it that once I pick it up I cant put it down again.
