I am so sorry about this. I can not even imagine how you must feel. When my kids do something stupid necessitating an ER trip ("I told you not to try to cut carboard with a butcher knife"), I scream the whole way to the hospital. This is that times a million. It seems so unfair that you have to pick up the pieces after someone else's massive eff up.
