At 2 months I was mad at the world, had huge guilt and shame, and felt like it may never get better. But it does!! Grammydeb is right, be gentle to yourself. Reward yourself for the small victories. Try to keep your thoughts in today, not yesterday or tomorrow. I suggest you get busier working the steps. Some progress would do you good!!
