Yes, being in hell sucks.
There are choices you can make though.
Surely, you are still in shock. I know I was in shock many times in my life,
all due to substance related BS.
All-nighters, where I was sure he was dead.
Me, waking up in the morning, not sure how I got home.
My daughter having a seizure trying to withdraw herself from benzos.
