I've been away for a while but I always look to for your posts August. I've been spending some time in isolation as well but deep into nature. No phones, no TV, no internet. OK, so I brought my ipod because tunes are a must. I'm glad to hear you're still at it. Hang in there! While I was away every time Wharf Rat come across the head set I wondered "I hope all is well". I'm about to go back out again for more healing and meditation. I'll check back as soon as I can. Peace.
