For the newcomers to AVRT, one of the reasons we make this BigPlan with zero room for misunderstanding and prevarication, is that by doing so we make the beast VERY uncomfortable. It whines, and squirms and complains, and when it does this, that is the time to just sit quietly with it and observe with full awareness. That is the AV talking, not you, and when you feel this way again, you will recognize it easily and clearly. "That was IT right there!
