hi lizella for me is not picking that first drink,easy to say hard to do,but i believe inthe high power(God)that is me, it work for me, i pray .go to AA meetings,i'm in a treatment center.find some body to talk about it.living one day at the time,one hour it is what it takes.go to the chat room,do all i can to stay sober, and as of today i'm 38 days sober.
