Merry Christmas!
For some of us it is hard, or others further along in their recovery it is easy. What I am talking about is having a Merry Christmas. Just being able to soak up the pure joy of the season without regrets.
I myself am struggling over the loss of the traditions that my ex-fiancee and I had. But I am trying to use this holiday time to get to know and love "me" better.
So regardless where you are in your ACOA recovery journey, I want to with you a sincere and loving Merry Christmas.
